We stand behind our work. If anything isn't up to our standards, let us know within 24 hours of the clean and we'll fix it — free. We don't issue refunds, but we do make things right. This applies to every service we offer.
Every quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing is based on the details provided (home size, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition). If the home's condition differs significantly upon arrival — extreme clutter, hoarding situations, undisclosed post-construction dust, pet damage — we reserve the right to adjust the price or cancel the service to protect our schedule and standards. We'll always communicate this before beginning work.
Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We accept:
Commercial clients with approved net-15 terms are invoiced monthly. Recurring residential clients may set up preauthorized billing on request.
We hold your time slot exclusively for you, which means our team isn't available for another client during your appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.
To maintain the discounted "Maintenance Rate" on recurring plans, cleanings must be scheduled within 21 days of the previous visit. Skipping this window may push the next clean to one-time pricing. Cadence can be changed (weekly ↔ bi-weekly ↔ monthly) at any time with 24 hours' notice.
Recurring plans have no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no auto-renewal. Cancel any time by text, email, or phone.
Please ensure driveways and walkways are cleared of snow and ice before our arrival. We reserve the right to reschedule without penalty if access is deemed unsafe for our team. If conditions are marginal, we'll call to confirm before dispatching the crew.
