How much does house cleaning cost, and how do I get a price?
Pricing depends on your home's size, number of bathrooms and condition, so we quote each home individually — free and with no obligation. As a guide: recurring plans start at $149/visit for a 1-bedroom condo, one-time cleans at $179, and deep cleans at $249. Tell us about your space on our quote form and a real person replies within 2 business hours. Your quote holds for 30 days.
What's included in a standard cleaning?
Every visit sends 2+ Clean Techs through our full 23-point checklist — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, covering surfaces, floors, sinks, mirrors, appliance exteriors and the stovetop. Nothing is skipped or "rotated out." A deep clean adds a 32-point scope: baseboards, inside the oven, under furniture, cabinet exteriors and window sills.

Are you insured and bonded? Do I need to be home?
Yes — we're fully insured and bonded, and every Clean Tech is background-checked. You don't need to be home: most clients leave a key, code or lockbox, and we text you when we arrive and when we're done. For condos we can email a Certificate of Insurance to your concierge, usually the same day.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Then we make it right. Every service is backed by our Clean-Again Promise: if anything isn't up to standard, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it free — no refunds to chase, no arguments. Same promise on a one-time clean as on a year-long recurring plan.
Do you offer discounts for recurring cleaning?

How do I book, and how far in advance?
Request a quote on our website or call 647-788-8823 — a real person replies within 2 business hours. Most first and one-time cleans go out within 3–7 days; move-outs usually within 3–5 days. Need it sooner? Call and we'll do what we can. No deposits, and free reschedule up to 24 hours ahead.
What products do you use, and how many cleaners come?
We send 2+ Clean Techs to every visit — half the time in your home and a built-in second set of eyes on quality. We use professional-grade products; if anyone has allergies or a scent sensitivity, tell us and we'll switch to unscented or use products you provide. For post-renovation dust we bring HEPA-filtered vacuums.
Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
No — we bring everything: professional products, microfiber cloths and our own HEPA-filtered vacuums. If you'd prefer we use specific products you keep at home, just leave them out and let us know.
Can I cancel, or is there a contract?
No contracts, ever, on any plan. Recurring clients can skip a visit, change cadence or cancel any time with 24 hours' notice, at no charge. We'd rather earn every visit than lock you in.
