What we clean

Our full 23-point checklist, scaled to condo and apartment layouts:

  • Full kitchen — compact appliances get the same detail
  • Bathrooms including glass showers, which tend to show water spots
  • Living areas — open-plan layouts with high-traffic floors
  • In-suite laundry (exterior wipe)

Building coordination

If your building requires advance notice for service providers, tell us and we'll coordinate with your concierge. We're fully insured and can provide Certificates of Insurance on request — most buildings require one before we can enter.

We work within quiet-hours policies and respect elevator booking windows.

Do you need a Certificate of Insurance for my building?
Yes, we can provide one. Let us know which building and we'll email it directly to your concierge — typically same-day.
Can you use my building's service elevator?
If your building requires it, we book in advance. No extra fee for coordination.
What about balconies?
We clean the interior side of balcony sliders and windows. Exterior surfaces are excluded for safety reasons.
Do you clean common areas?
No — only private units. Talk to your property management for common-area cleaning.
Can you let yourselves in via fob or concierge?
Yes — most condo visits work that way. Drop a fob with concierge or leave it in a lockbox; we return it every visit.
