We don't "rotate" items out of a standard clean to save time. All 23 points, every visit. On recurring plans we also aim to send the same two techs wherever possible.
If anything's not up to standard, tell us within 24 hours. We come back, free. Spotless or we redo it. No refunds, no arguments — we just make it right.
