Every standard Green Thumb cleaning follows a 23-point checklist in four groups — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms & living areas and the whole home.

Appliance exteriors (fridge, oven, dishwasher)
Microwave inside and out
Sink and faucet scrubbed and shined
Cabinet fronts and handles spot-cleaned

Toilet inside, outside and at the base
Tub and shower scrubbed, fixtures shined
Sink, counter and faucet sanitized
Mirrors streak-free

Bedrooms & living 5 points

Furniture, shelves, décor and electronics dusted
Mirrors and glass tabletops
Cobwebs removed
Carpets and rugs vacuumed
Hard floors vacuumed and mopped

Whole home 4 points

Light switches, door handles and high-touch spots sanitized
Fingerprints spot-cleaned on doors, frames and door glass
Stairs and hallways vacuumed, railings wiped
All bins emptied and relined

Honest transparency. These are excluded from all our services — residential and commercial — for team safety and insurance reasons.

Exterior areas
Garages, patios, decks, exterior windows.
Specialty items
BBQ grills, inside fireplaces, drain unclogging.
Hazards
Biohazards (pet waste, black mold, bodily fluids), insect/rodent infestations.
Heavy lifting & high ladders
Items over 35 lbs and high-ladder work — a safety boundary we don't cross.
