Post-renovation dust is on another level. It's not "the house is dirty," it's "the house needs to be returned to a state you can live in." Drywall dust gets everywhere — inside light fixtures, behind outlet covers, on top of door frames, in air vents. A normal deep clean isn't designed for this.
Our post-reno clean uses different tools (HEPA vacuums, specific dust-capturing cloths) and different scope (we assume everything in every room is dusty, and plan accordingly).
